“Some of the reasons clients choose us for these critical assignments are: our partners were business leaders before they became recruiters, and have operational expertise in their industries,” said Steve Caliger, Managing Partner. “We have our own dedicated internal research team, like large companies, but our core partners do the work on research assignments rather than outsourcing them to others. These advantages allow us to find better candidates and close searches faster than our competitors. “
Mr. Caliger opened the Loring Group earlier this year with partners including Rich Kampmann. “The reason we created The Loring Group was to provide better quality work,” Caliger said. “Our partners were leaders in technology, banking, healthcare and professional services companies before becoming recruiters. We have deep domain expertise in these areas as well as the business acumen that most executive search consultants lack. “
Mr. Caliger has had a distinguished career as a sales manager and executive search consultant in the technology industry. He is a tech professional who has held leadership positions with several industry icons. With over 20 years of executive search and consulting experience, Mr. Caliger develops senior leadership teams in sales, finance, products, engineering and information technology.
